Causes of Back Pain
The causes of back pain are so vast that sometimes, finding the exact cause of your pain can difficult. However, determining the cause of your back pain is essential to your recovery. Pain is our body’s way of telling us that something’s gone awry. It’s important to remember that since back pain is a symptom of an injury or medical condition, a doctor will need to treat the root of the pain and not just the pain itself.
Sometimes, if we lift something incorrectly, we may strain our backs but get better within a matter of days. Other times, when we injure our backs in more serious ways or have other longer-term medical conditions, we may suffer from back pain for months or years.
